The Story
Companies are caring more and more about the footprints they leave behind. Ecomedes SaaS solution reduces costs, carbon, and impact for buildings by streamlining data management for green products. Product brands can pay to collate data for building project managers to find purchases that fit their standards. During my internship, I focused on identifying key stakeholders responsible for business development initiatives at billion dollar companies in the furniture, flooring, and lighting industries.
The Results
- Optimized the B2B CRM process in HubSpot by segmenting SaaS and product industries for customized emails.
- Identified 1000+ company stakeholders responsible for budgets to contact as potential clients in sales database.
- Utilized Adobe Photoshop to create graphics to close deals and retain business with prospective clients.
The Learnings
- Be meticulous about which stakeholders are important to involve at massive companies.
- Startups pivot quickly, so keep up with what’s going on across all departments.
- Interns have the ability to contribute to an organization’s success just as much as a full-time employee.
